Not worth it!

I’m 200 lbs and it barely makes it up an incline. In sport mode will never make it past 18 mph. I have two cheaper models that outperform the H5 it out a doubt. My first electric scooter.

After 4 days of use I do like this scooter. I'm about 240 lbs the only thing I notice is when climbing hills it does slow down quite a bit. I did expect this. The front suspension does rattle when going on gravel. It does function well. So far I'm very happy with it. After 4 days of use I do like this scooter. Great starter bike for my 9year old.

My son got this for his 9th birthday. He loves it. Goes just fast enough that he likes it but not so fast that we are worried for him being on it. I recently purchased a new ever Cross H5 Through Amazon For my son’s Birthday present. What I received was a damaged and returned scooter. There was a whole cut in the handlebar grips, Plastic piece broken so ignition is hanging by wires, a red like rust Dripping from charging port, no hardware to attach seat And lights do not work. I’ve tried to contact the company requesting a call back and all I have received is an email asking me for pictures and video of damage. I sent pictures and video last week with no response from company. Can someone please Get back to me so I can figure out what To do about my son’s birthday present.
